A Valentine’s Day Contest!

Just for Decadent Publishing readers. In celebration of the debut of our new series, The Edge…and the awesome Valentine’s themed books in the Valentino’s series, we would like to know your idea of the perfect Valentine.

Would you like your sweetie to take you to dinner and a movie?

Maybe a huge bouquet of flowers is more your liking?

Or a weekend in a romantic cabin?

My perfect valentine would be a night at a hotel
overlooking the ocean, the waves crashing below, my honey and I in a cozy (yet spectacularly decorated) suite…preferably with a hot tub right by that big window. We could sit together and Wait no! Wrong image. That's not it!
That's a different commercial entirely.

That's it! Anyway, tell us yours and one lucky winner will receive a 20 dollar Amazon gift certificate and their choice of one of the very romantic Valentino’s Edge stories

Happy Valentine’s Day!

  2. Hmm, all I want is a nice evening with hubby, maybe going to the movies and no children for the night when we came home. Love the kids crazy, but it's a handful.

  4. I would want my valentine to love the real me. To love me for who and how I am. Also to love my children like they were his own. If he did all this it would not matter where we go or what we do, the night would be perfect.

  5. Well, my guy is not romantic - never has been, so Valentines Day isn't celebrated here. But if I were to get my wish, I would love for him to give me a single white carnation (my favorite flower), tell me to dress up for a nice dinner out, take me to a fine dining restaurant with crisp white linens (not a big mac and a beer), enjoy a wonderful meal, and at the end of the evening, look me deeply in the eyes and tell me that even though it's been hard now and again over the past 25 years, he'd do it again in a heartbeat.
    I know I would :)
Thank you for the giveaway opportunity.

  6. It is funny what it really takes to make us happy, isn't it? We love them, and a single flower, or a kind word...better than a brand new car or a diamond tiara!

  7. My perfect Valentine's day was a couple years back when the hubby contacted my boss about me getting off early on Friday as a surprise (I thought I had a worshop that afternoon) and took me to a heavenly mountain cabin for the weekend. He had it stocked with food and everything we needed for the weekend. It was perfect. Not because of all he did, but that he did it for me.

  10. In my dreams, it would be a luxury suite with a spectacular city view, a king size bed, a decadent bath with a jacuzzi tub for two, no phones (except to room service), a killer stereo setup and 3 days alone with my honey. *sigh*

  11. I hate to be the downer in this group but my wish would be for my family (25 people) to be able to spend the day together sharing hugs, love, and memories. My once hale and hearty family has been decimated by cancer and one last chance to have us all together would be wonderful.

  13. I'd like a rehash of a Valentine's getaway from about 10 or so years ago. Seal Cove Inn near Half Moon Bay in northern CA. Huge suite with feather bed, jacuzzi, French doors overlooking a pond and surrounding marsh, located on a cliff above the Pacific Ocean. To die for.
