Starting the Year off with a Bang! Pun intended…

Buy Love on the Line II HERE

by J.M. Madden
I hope everybody had a fantastic holiday. I’m excited to start mine off with a brand new, super sexy release.

When Decadent opened the Edge line, I knew I wanted to submit, and I had an idea for the first book in my Silver Star series almost immediately. What funner way to have an erotic rendezvous than on a trip, or better yet, on a rockin’, rumblin’ train? I’ve been fascinated by them for a long time, ever since I spent time in Germany.

Time was at a premium for the characters in the first book, so they were left well-sexed but ‘hanging’, so to speak at the end of the story. Being the kind of girl I am, who roots for love, I couldn’t leave Brady and Lorna without a happy ending.

Before the first book was done being edited, the second was being written.

Brady and Lorna have gotten their happier ending. Check them out.

A six hour train ride to Florida was not nearly enough to satisfy Brady Frost. When sexy co-ed Lorna McNight calls for a rendezvous two days later, he’s more than ready to take up where they left off, and arrives just in time to keep her from being raped.

Lorna’s first mistake was misjudging the schmuck at the bar. If Brady hadn’t arrived in time to rescue her, she may never have been heard from again. Her second mistake was underestimating her desire for the mature knight in bruised armor, and her ability to keep love and sex separate. When it’s time to board the Silver Star home, will she be able to leave her heart behind?

Love on the Line II is out today! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

A Rail Tail to Remember…

Buy Love on the Line HERE!

By J.M. Madden

I have a confession.

I love trains.

Not metal toy trains. No, big, ground-rumbling, penny-smashing monsters that cross the country hauling people and goods. I think I became fascinated when I lived in Florida as a kid, and there was a track just a few hundred yards away from our house. My sister and I would be down there all the time, hiding in the bushes and holding on as the big cargo train flew by, smashing whatever we had put on the tracks. I guess I should be thankful that none of those rocks or coins actually caused any damage. I still have some of those coins.

Then, in high school and again a few years later, I traveled to Germany where they were the primary mode of transportation. I loved riding them; actually went out of my way to utilize them as I navigated the country. That was long before I started my writing career, but I think in the back of my mind I’ve always wanted to use them somewhere.

Hence, Love On The Line, which releases TODAY!!! This story is a lot sexier than what I normally write. Actually, let me rephrase that. I write sexy, but this is the first story I’ve written that the hero and heroine don’t end up together in the end. I’m used to writing happy endings and it was a little bit difficult for me not to do that with these two. They were left in a sexy, happy-for-now. Don’t worry, though, because book 2 of the series will leave them in a better place.

Have you ever ridden a train? Either Amtrak or something similar? (My husband is in Japan right now, and just told me about riding the Bullet train, which runs 160 mph. Uh, no thank you.)

One lucky comment will win a copy of Love on the Line. If you haven’t ridden, that’s fine too, just be sure to leave your email to be entered for the book.

Thanks for stopping!
