A Recipe for Keeping Things Hot

Buy Acceptance HERE

By Starla Kaye
I decided to turn my story promotion for Acceptance, my recent release from Decadent Publishing’s The Edge Series, into something a little different. I hope you have fun with it.

Ingredients:

1 Workaholic businessman (Chase Barrington)
1 Over-committed hot Spaniard (Rico Sanchez)
1 Business trip
1 Accidental meeting (country club)
2 Parts sexual need and strong attraction
Peppering of frantic need (exact amount varies)

Preparation:

Take one too busy businessman with no time for romance. Add one deliciously hot Spaniard, also overly committed with work responsibilities.

Put them together at a country club. Following a round of golf, the businessman shakes off the sudden ending of a going-nowhere relationship, needing a drink and some brief recovery time. The sexy, visiting Spaniard ends his business-seeking trip with a relaxing round of golf, in no hurry to go back to his hotel.

Let the men simmer together for a few hours, relaxing and getting to know one another. Mix in a fair amount of two parts sexual need and strong attraction. Turn the heat up to medium for a while longer.

Before the combination boils over in a public place, move the men to the Spaniard’s hotel room. Continue heating things up, up, and up.

As the ticking clock gets louder and louder…as the attraction shifts into the “wow” zone…move the men to a beach condo for some additional peppering with frantic need.

When everything seems ready to explode, remove one of the men and send him away.

Is the relationship beyond hope? Has the sizzle of their enflamed passions died? Is the recipe ruined?

Blurb:
Being the CEO of a major architectural company in California has taken over far too much of Chase’s life, leaving no time for romance. But when a handsome Spaniard offers drinks and conversation, talking leads to one spectacular night and an awareness of what he really wants. But once Rico returns home to Spain, Chase will be alone, again.

Rico lives on his family’s strict schedules with no time for contemplating what is missing in his life. He doesn’t expect to meet someone special on this business trip. But he is drawn to the big, striking blond American. Giving Chase someone to talk to, takes Rico’s mind off his problems. And a mutual attraction gives them both a chance to forget everything else and let their passionate natures run free.

Chase has a company to run and Rico must return home to Spain, a truth they must both accept, but will acceptance be enough when it comes to waking up alone?
